Refund & Cancellation Policy — TRE® in India

  1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to TRE® in India are non-refundable.
By proceeding with any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy, regardless of circumstances, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  1. Application Approval

Prospective participants must ensure that their application is approved before making any payments. Payments should only be made after receiving official confirmation of acceptance into the TRE® training or workshop program.

  1. Confirmation of Registration

Before making payment, please review your decision to participate and confirm your availability for the scheduled training or workshop dates.
Once payment is successfully completed, a payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

  1. Missed Training Dates or Emergencies

If a participant is unable to attend the scheduled training dates due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, TRE® in India may allow rescheduling to the next available batch at its sole discretion.

Participants must notify TRE® in India in writing as soon as possible to request accommodation for future training sessions. Please note that rescheduling is subject to seat availability and administrative approval.

  1. Training Fees, Discounts, and Scholarships

The value of each TRE® training, workshop, or seminar is determined by TRE® in India and is non-negotiable. Discounts will only apply if an official offer or scholarship has been explicitly announced and confirmed in writing by the TRE® in India team.
All pricing, discounts, and scholarship decisions are final and binding.

  1. International Payments

For international participants, please note that bank charges, currency conversion fees, and international transaction processing fees are not included in the training fee.
Participants making international payments are responsible for covering all associated fees on their end to ensure the full training amount is received by TRE® in India.

  1. Program Modifications

TRE® in India reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or update the program structure, content, or dates if necessary. In such cases, participants will be duly informed, and alternate arrangements will be offered. No refund shall be issued for such modifications.

  1. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in TRE® in India’s training programs, workshops, or certification courses and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
